Rachael leichty

Rachael Leichty brings over 15 years of teaching experience to her role as Instructional Coach at the Ecclesial Schools. Rachael is excited to continue fulfilling her calling to create meaningful opportunities for students to learn and to grow in their faith and knowledge of the Lord.

Rachael received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Asbury University and her master’s in Educational Leadership from Southeastern University. She is -5 certified in the state of Florida and holds a Principal License.

 Rachael has served in various roles in her career as an Elementary teacher, Special Education Resource Teacher, Teacher Mentor, and Elementary Principal. She began her teaching career internationally in Shenyang, China and has spent the last 4 years in education in Texas. She has experience teaching in both private and public schools. 

Rachael and her husband have 4 children who will be attending the St. Albans campus. Rachael and her husband both enjoy coaching sports and watching their kids play. In her free time, Rachael enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with the family.
