Patti Rader

Patti brings more than 16 years of experience in education administration and 26 years of business leadership to her work at ESI. After learning about the Ecclesial Schools Initiative in 2020, she joined the Board of Governors and soon stepped more deeply into the mission. In 2021, she became Director of Admission and now serves as the school’s Director of Advancement.

A graduate of Auburn University, Patti is also an entrepreneur at heart. She and her husband, Todd, founded Avancent, their IT company, in 2000. Through her work in HR, sales, and marketing, she has developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership, strategic communication, and relationship building.

Patti is deeply committed to the mission and vision of ESI. She loves serving the school community and is passionate about expanding access to extraordinary Christian education by helping remove financial barriers for families.
