Pam Johnson
Pam Johnson is the First Grade teacher at The Ecclesial School at St. Alban’s, where she has served since its founding in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University and is trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach for supporting dyslexic and struggling readers. Pam is passionate about identifying at-risk students and equipping them with the tools they need to become confident, successful readers.
Pam’s vision for her classroom is rooted in the belief that every child should be seen and treated with dignity and respect as an image bearer of God. Her students are formed not only through rich academic instruction but also through the cultivation of wisdom and character. One of her greatest joys in life is seeing students grow in their love for Jesus and their knowledge of His Word. She delights in watching them make meaningful connections between the Old and New Testaments—and between Scripture and their own lives.
Pam grew up as the daughter of missionary parents who served in Bible translation in Africa. Her early years were shaped by life in South Sudan and Kenya, where she completed high school at a missionary boarding school before moving to the United States for college. She and her husband, Matt, have lived in Orlando for over 25 years and have three adult sons and one daughter who is nearly grown, all of whom were classically educated.
